Broken Acrylic Nail
The first step is to remove as much of the broken or lifted acrylic nail as possible.
Broken acrylic nail. You can purchase acrylic nail sets at any beauty supply store as an easy fix for longer stronger nails. About three weeks ago a client who comes to me for manicures was going on holiday and had broken one nail. However worse than that is if there is a broken acrylic nail throbbing.
Your nail would just be broken in the middle. When you do wash your hands use antibacterial soap and be sure to wear rubber gloves when doing household chores as this will help protect your nails. It looked as good as new.
The next thing that you can do is to file your acrylic nails down. Be sure to wear protective gloves and make sure that the area is well lit and clean before you begin. So how do you do it.
Heres how I temporarily fix a broken acrylic nail tip using only nail glue and an accent nail polish. This type of treatment will actually inject a coating of glue into the nail. File the crevice down to the natural nail just until you get to the natural nail.
Soak your hands for 15 minutes or more in it until the acrylic nail starts to get removed from your natural bed. Run a thin line of super glue or nail glue on both sides of the acrylic nail. Generally the cost of repair one broken nail with acrylic nails is between 3 to 5 and the process of putting acrylics over your broken nail only takes less than 5 minutes without polishing.
If the acrylics break you may simply need to have them repaired. Once this glue is cured your broken acrylic nail will simply peel right off. If the acrylic around the crack has lifted file the lifted product away as well.
